The Brief:


You would lead business and consumer insight through strong collaboration with senior clients and senior members of the integrated team, bringing big ideas for client growth opportunities, building brand awareness and market strength. You will partner with Executive leadership to help drive revenue and ensure efficient delivery of promised scope and oversee all activities associated with your assigned accounts.


  • Function as key client business partner and relationship cultivator; achieve recognition as the best brand steward and strategist
  • Partner with agency leadership to impact agency growth both within client and overall
  • Inspire the unexpected from the integrated team; champion outstanding work; sell transformational creative
  • Set direction and vision for the brand; embrace and direct integrated communication strategy
  • Set a positive tone for team with a boundary-pushing, hard-working example
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding of the roles and metrics of other communication channels in order to effectively lead integrated efforts
  • Proactively address future Client and Agency problems and opportunities
  • Manage the scope of work and sell incremental projects
  • Hire, mentor and develop your account team
  • Have the ability to identify and leverage new agency revenue opportunities for organic growth
  • Be prepared for other tasks as you may be assigned



Required Experience:

  • Have approximately 12+ years of advertising/marketing experience with at least 8 years of managerial experience
  • Have passion and instinct for big ideas
  • Have established credibility among colleagues and Clients
  • Have proven client and team leadership abilities
  • Are an agency leader who inspires internal and external partners
  • Have exceptional presentation and extemporaneous speaking skills
  • Consider yourself a spontaneous problem solver
  • Have excellent judgment and maturity
