Responsibilities

 

 Here's what we'd like you to do:

  • Develop and oversee execution of media plans from inception to completion 
  • Effective Client facing and presentation skills
  • Ensure plans are executed flawlessly 
  • Ensure media plans deliver on client objectives, are strategic and meet efficiency goals 
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive media knowledge base and synthesize information into ideas 
  • Manage client requests – i.e. plan changes, budget changes, provide marketplace information 
  • Lead and manage the budget and client financials including monthly media billing process 
  • Serve as a positive role model with a strong work ethic and vigorously reviewing all work to ensure high quality standard 

Qualifications

Here's what we want you to have

 

  • Extensive digital media experience including display, paid social, paid search, online video and influencer marketing.  
  • In-depth experience with direct-response campaigns as well as advanced reporting skills and solidanalytical capabilities related to media measurement and campaign performance.  Retail, e-commerce, and/or loyalty/rewards program experience is also helpful.
  • Superb writing and presentation skills along with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work flow to support the accurate delivery of media plans.   
  • Ability to lead digital media strategy and planning development
  • Extensive understanding of the digital advertising industry¹s infrastructure systems including adserving & programmatic media platforms
  • Proficiency with media research and buying tools (i.e. comScore, MRI, Strata, etc)
  • Advanced media reporting skills

Experience 
5-7+ years of experience in a media planning agency role, with emphasis on intergrated planning and campaign management


Proficient Knowledge of:

  • Syndicated research tools (MRI, Kantar, Comscore, etc.) 
  • Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) 
  • Media systems and tools (DDS, IMS, Sizemek, DFA ad serving tools, etc.)
