Responsible for leading project to recreate PeopleSoft outputs in new software (ADP payroll EV5)
Working with payroll/HRIS users this person will gain understanding of current people reports and their uses. He/She will then consult with EV5 Implementation Team to determine best way to recreate outputs from new system. Options would include copy/edit existing report, recreate based on current project t, duplicate in report writer or commission/spec a full code rewrite. Manager would select and manage appropriate tech resources through to creation, testing and acceptance of final outputs
Additional responsibilities (could include assistance in process change as users adapt to different input/output requirements, e.g., working with users to edit Employee Turnaround Document to include new information flow for creation of employee IDs and billing codes.
5 plus years software implementation experience
Understanding of Agency environment
Comfortable communicating with both HR and Technical staff
Ennsure smooth software transition with happy end users.
An optimistic, upbeat and helpful personal attitude
Familiarity with process and outputs grows, this person may also be asked to assist with the compilation of training materials such as Process Mapping, “How To” guide sheets and capture of WebEx demonstrations.
