We're looking for a hybrid creative problem-solver/analytics expert to join our team!
The Senior Social Strategist plays a vital role in seamlessly integrating data with brand building, identifying links between the content, consumer psychology/behavior, and brand strategy. The Senior Social Strategist will link online data (e.g. paid, earned, owned social channels; news, blogs, forums; engagement; search terms; etc.) to Y&R’s proprietary brand model and database BAV®, producing unique insights that quantitatively tie social recommendations to brand equity.
The Senior Social Strategist will report directly to the Director of Social Analytics and Insights.
Our ideal candidate is someone who likes to get his or her hands dirty, knows social platforms inside and out (because he or she actually uses them to share personal stories), and is skilled at working across teams to translate data into actionable strategic insights and creative content.
