We're looking for a hybrid data analyst/creative problem solver to join the BAV team!
The Social Strategist seamlessly integrates data with brand building, identifying links between the content, consumer psychology/behavior, and brand strategy. The Social Strategist will support the Director of Social Analytics and Insights in developing the agency’s proprietary social equity model by linking online data (e.g. paid, earned, owned social channels; news, blogs, forums; engagement; search terms; etc.) to Y&R’s proprietary brand model and database BAV®.
Our ideal candidate is someone who likes to get their hands dirty, has fluency in statistical tools (SPSS, XL Stat, IBM Watson Analytics, etc), knows social platforms inside and out, and is skilled at working across teams to translate data into actionable strategic insights. This person is self-directed, intellectually curious, and isn’t afraid to think outside the box.
