Overview

The Brief:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for fully immersing yourself in our clients’ mission, business, and  and processes. You will help manage and track multiple integrated campaigns, simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage methodology and processes throughout projects
  • Proactively monitor project progress against key milestones and deliverables
  • Provide regular status reports including hours utilized and financial status for projects
  • Work closely with internal team members to prepare project proposals, schedules and estimates
  • Compile team travel estimates, as neeeded
  • Manage travel and budget dashboards to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Liaise with outside partner agencies and vendors to ensure quality control, timely payments and accurate tracking

Qualifications

We’d love it if you:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Have 2-3 years of professional experience in advertising project management or program management, working with digital, broadcast, OOH & print deliverables
  • Will bring strong excel skills. including, but not limited to: pivot tables, conditional formatting. Vlookup, Sum-if, etc.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills; have strong presentation skills
  • Will bring knowledge of integrated advertising/marketing including print, digital, broadcast, and OOH desired
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Project or other contemporary PM software
  • Experience with government accounts is a plus, preferred
  • Have Donovan Data System (DDS) and Aura experience
