    • Learn all planning/buying tools
    • Lead contact billing/invoicing and budget management
    • Maintain internal database with digital campaigns, including contracts, insertion orders, and invoices Keep abreast of new media opportunities and developments
    • Seek out industry trends and route summarized articles and news throughout department
    • Set-up and meet with media reps for assigned clients and maintain relationships with key media partners
    • Develop POVs/position documents on key client issues and/or new client opportunities
    • Traffic digital ads through a third-party ad server with direction from production specialist as needed
    • Ensure ads are running accurately Run performance reports for media campaigns and assist in developing performance summaries and post-buy analysis
    • Assists team members as necessary Will facilitate execution on a wide variety of accounts ranging from food to technology to automotive
    • Be prepared for other tasks as you may be assigned

    We’d love it if you:


    • Approximately 1-2 years of experience
    • Have a firm command of marketing fundamentals
    • Have strong attention to detail
    • Have experience with new technology and digital platforms
    • Have knowledge of key planning/buying tools
    • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Bachelor’s degree
