    Our Finance Department is looking for a Temp to Perm Assistant Business Manager to join the Team.


    Will be assisting with the managing the Financials of several offices- Budgeting, Monthly closes- journals, setting up vendors, processing invoices, day to day operations

    Work with Payroll for staff and freelance personnel


    Manage various department functions such as answering questions regarding time sheets, vendor invoices, employee expense reports


    Work with Client Finance Manager to determine whether charges are billable or non-billable


    Prepare adhoc reports



    BA in Accounting

    1-2 years experience

    Strong analytical skills, highly logical and extremely detail-oriented


    Understand core accounting and financial concepts (debits/credits, budgeting process)


    Outstanding inter-personal skills with the proven ability to interact and pro-actively work with colleagues and clients of all levels and personalities

    Sufficient professionalism and presence to liaise with various levels within the agency


    Highly organized with the ability to handle simultaneous projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment


    Excellent oral and written communication skills


    Strong Microsoft Excel skills
