    The Brief:   

           

    As an Assistant Account Executive, you would be responsible for immersing yourself in the Agency while bringing your curiosity and passion to assist the Account Team in meeting the client’s needs.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Create competitive portfolio and analyzes full competitive landscape
    • Learns to work within the agency processes and systems
    • Interface with production, traffic and creative departments ensuring successful completion of all projects
    • Interact with integrated Agency partners to ensure clear communication of deliverables and timelines of projects in development
    • Manage several projects at once and able to prioritize
    • Prepare estimates and manages projects against agreed upon SOW
    • Attend key meetings to stay informed and to become more familiar with brand/marketplace challenges
    • Compile status reports and conference reports
    • Consistently reliable and is a team player; works well with others
    • Strong attention to detail and follow through
    • Asks for/accepts performance feedback
    • Manage Client’s budget and provides clear, accurate reporting
    • Active and enthusiastic participant in agency trainings
    • Contribute when asked and steps up to do whatever it takes to get the job done and win
    • Be prepared for other tasks as you may be assigned

    Qualifications

    We’d love it if you:

    • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field
    • Have up to one (1) year of advertising/marketing experience
    • Have a passion about the business and a strong POV regarding why you want to be a part of it
    • Are able to build good rapport with team and clients
    • Have strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
    • Consider yourself a digital native
