    The Brief:


    As a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract), you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day activity while in supporting our Talent team and will assist with attracting and retaining top talent in the marketplace.


    We’re seeking an energetic, positive and entrepreneurial recent HR graduate who is interested in joining a national Talent Team, maintaining the day-to-day activities, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while making daily team contributions. The ideal candidate will have a curiosity and interest in recruiting and previous experience in administrative support. This is a contract position based in our Y&R Washington, DC office.


    • Provide support to Talent team in the recruitment process by scheduling phone and on-site interviews, booking conference rooms, greeting and walking out candidates, obtaining feedback from hiring managers and following up with candidates
    • Manage Talent Acquisition reporting including open position lists, recruiting progress reports, pipeline reports, employee referrals, etc.
    • Support candidate sourcing efforts by posting roles through ATS (iCIMS), reviewing incoming resumes and noting well-qualified candidates to Talent team members. Assist Talent team members with search requests/pipeline development in LinkedIn
    • Assist in New Hire Onboarding by drafting offer letters, collect necessary information for successful IT and Payroll set up, obtaining ID badges and preparing information for Security checks
    • Coordinate any campus recruiting efforts in conjunction with overall campus strategy
    • Provide logistical support for any candidates travel and expense processing


     We’d love it if you:

    • Have a BA or BS with an interest in HR and Recruiting
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook a plus), Google docs/forms, and Internet research
    • Superb oral & written communication skills; project management skills and detail-oriented
    • Ability to efficiently meet deadlines and work under pressure
    • Demonstrated professionalism while delivering a high level of customer service
    • Proactive, energetic, and team player
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with candidates and employees across all levels
    • Discretion and confidentiality is a must
