  • Overview

    The Brief:

     

    As a Senior Recruiter (Contract), you are a strategic and collaborative member of the agency who partners with hiring managers across all disciplines to attract and retain top talent while managing the full-life cycle of the recruiting process. The Senior Recruiter (Contract) leads all recruitment efforts including:  developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, building and maintaining candidate ATS, partnering with other Y&R/WPP Group partners, and serving as a brand ambassador in the market place.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties:

     

    • Partners and interacts professionally across disciplines, agency leadership and candidates
    • Partners with and advises hiring managers on job description development, candidate profile creation, candidate evaluation and selection
    • Develops recruitment strategies based on the requirements of the discipline, hiring manager and client account
    • Manages candidates through full-life cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

    Qualifications

    We’d love it if you:

     

    • Have a BA or BS plus a minimum of 5 years’ recruiting experience in an advertising, media or marketing organization
    • A proven track record of sourcing, recruitment and hiring success
    • Solid technology skills, including ATS expertise (iCIMS a plus), with the ability to train and inspire others
    • Highly developed expertise in social/digital recruiting
    • Tolerance for ambiguity, rapid change and uncertainty
    • Strong industry knowledge
    • Superior attention to detail, project management and organization skills
    • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, (Outlooks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google docs/forms, and servers
