    The Brief


    As a Senior Project Manager for one of our retail clients, you will be responsible for managing multiple integrated campaigns. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and will bring demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrated teams and client relationships. You must be collaborative while being a strong steward of process.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilites:

    • Manage the detailed delivery of a portfolio of projects to meet defined time, budget targets and quality standards
    • Design, develop, and manage methodology and process throughout the project
    • Lead internal status meetings, and integrated status meetings with partner agencies
    • Provide regular financial status reporting and review invoicing
    • Organize and lead internal review meetings, ensuring objectives are met
    • Work closely with Account team to prepare project proposals and estimates; identify internal/cross-agency stakeholders and engage them in reviews/approvals as needed
    • Liaise with outside agencies and vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery
    • Mentor project managers, and train/onboard new project managers

    Qualifications

    We’d love it if you:

    • Have a bachelor’s degree; PMP or similar certification strongly preferred
    • Have five (5) or more years of professional experience in *advertising* project management or program management, working with digital, social, broadcast, radio, OOH & print deliverables
    • Have demonstrated experience managing retail and/or similar high-volume accounts
    • Have dynamic leadership, management and team building skills
    • Have strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
    • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheets
    • Have demonstrated exceptional prioritization and problem-solving skills
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
