    We are looking for a creative designer to help us create visual concepts that communicate ideas, inspire, inform and captivate audiences.

    As Y&R grows, we are always introducing new ways of expressing our brand around the world. You will be responsible for a wide range of projects across mediums that help elevate the Y&R brand and our programs/initiatives both internally and externally.

    • Reports to Global Director of Communications and Chief Communications Officer

    *This position works with the PR/Communications team and is not involved in client work.

    Responsibilities

    • Conceptualize and create visual assets for internal and external marketing and communications programs/projects. Mediums include, but are not limited to: social channels, emails, websites, digital ads/promo, print, and data visualization. Basic photography and video capture experience.
    • Help build our brand by partnering with our executive team, designers and departmental stakeholders to create modern and dynamic designs that create a seamless visual experience across all channels and touch points.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and synthesize constructive feedback in iterative design process.
    • Effectively manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and of varying scope.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in the following Adobe CC programs:
      • After Effects
      • Illustrator
      • InDesign
      • Photoshop
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and deliver new designs and graphics for both for print and digital mediums.
    • Portfolio of work that demonstrates design thinking and visual communication/marketing solutions.
    • Strong understanding of principles of photography, typography, layout, color.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate and be versatile.
    • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize on tight deadlines and have strong organizational skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Interest in expanding social media marketing experience.

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication

    • Prior experience in marketing, advertising or communications environment preferred
