    • Accountable for the handling of all aspects of the planning, negotiating, implementation and tracking of digital media campaigns

    • Develop and maintain media plans, analyze and optimize efforts as well as monitor all approvals and client budgets

    • Primary client contact for online media planning and maintain client relationship while managing expectations. Lead client presentations and status calls

    • Experience in Sizmek (MediaMind) and/or DoubleClick is a plus along with Google Analytics and/or Omniture and comScore

    • Develop and oversee execution of media plans from inception to completion 

    • Effective Client facing and presentation skills

    • Ensure plans are executed flawlessly 

    • Ensure media plans deliver on client objectives, are strategic and meet efficiency goals 

    • Build and maintain a comprehensive media knowledge base and synthesize information into ideas 

    • Manage client requests – i.e. plan changes, budget changes, provide marketplace information 

    • Lead and manage the budget and client financials including monthly media billing process 

    • Serve as a positive role model with a strong work ethic and vigorously reviewing all work to ensure high quality standard 


    We’d love it if you had:         

    • 5-8 years of experience in a media planning agency role, with emphasis on digital (and integrated) planning and campaign management

    • Syndicated research tools (MRI, Kantar, Comscore, etc.)

    • Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

    • Media systems and tools (DDS, IMS, DFA ad serving tools, etc.) 

    • Fluent English and Spanish preferred
