  • Overview

    The Brief:


    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for fully immersing yourself in our clients’ business, products, consumers and competition while helping to manage multiple integrated campaigns. This role demands demonstrated experience in government contracting; financial tracking and reporting; coordination across numerous departments, teaming partners, and vendors; and creation and execution of an integrated communications campaign. The campaign will be one of the largest and most complex communication campaigns ever launched. It will include everything from traditional television commercials to partnership activation events, and more digital components than ever before.



    • Manage the detailed delivery of a portfolio of projects to meet defined time, budget targets and quality standards
    • Design, develop, and manage methodology and process throughout the project
    • Proactively monitor project progress against key milestones
    • Provide regular status reports including hours utilized and financial status for projects
    • Attend internal meetings, ensuring necessary team members are in attendance
    • Work closely with Account team to prepare project proposals, schedules and estimates
    • Monitor plans using appropriate software to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Responsible for quality standards and delivery of work on time and on budget
    • Liaise with outside agencies and vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery



    We’d love it if you:

    • Have a bachelor’s degree; PMP or similar certification strongly preferred
    • Have a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in advertising project management or program management, working with digital, broadcast, OOH & print deliverables
    • Have dynamic leadership, management and team building skills
    • Have strong client facing and presentation skills
    • Have a successful track record managing multiple client assignments simultaneously
    • Will bring knowledge of integrated advertising/marketing including print, digital, broadcast, and OOH desired
    • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Basecamp or other contemporary PM software
    • Experience with Healthcare accounts helpful but not absolutely necessary
