  • Overview

    The Brief:


    As a Strategist, you should have an all hands-on deck mentality and an appetite to experience and learn as much as possible. The campaign will be one of the largest and most complex communication campaigns ever launched. It will include everything from traditional television commercials to partnership activation events, and more digital components than ever before.


    • Seek out and gains knowledge of consumer preferences and relationships to ensure that the voice of the customer is integrated into communication strategy
    • Aid in the development of creative briefs and provides clear persuasive briefings to Creative teams
    • Partner with team leads on gathering primary and secondary research that will aid in the consumer insight and strategic process
    • Learn and uses all proprietary planning tools – i.e., BAV, Brand Energy, etc.
    • Engage and learn to interpret and monitor cultural and social trends relevant to client business
    • Generate insights, POV’s and creative inspiration
    • Develop a positive relationship with client
    • Be prepared for other tasks as you may be assigned


    We’d love it if you:

    • Have a Bachelor’s degree in related field; advanced degree a plus
    • Have up to two (2) years of experience and/or relevant internship experience in a marketing environment / agency setting.
    • Have a thoughtful provocative perspective
    • Have knowledge of relevant product categories and strategic insights into consumer behavior
    • Have outstanding verbal and written communications skills
    • Are able to present ideas clearly and concisely
    • Have an awareness of primary and secondary research methodology, both qualitative and quantitative
