  • Overview

    The Brief:

    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for fully immersing yourself in our clients’ business, products, consumers and competition while helping to manage multiple integrated campaigns.


    • Proactively monitor project progress against key milestones
    • Provide regular status reports including hours utilized and financial status for projects
    • Attend internal meetings, ensuring necessary team members are in attendance
    • Work closely with Account team to prepare project proposals, schedules and estimates
    • Monitor plans using appropriate software to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Responsible for quality standards and delivery of work on time and on budget
    • Liaise with outside agencies and vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery
    • Design, develop, and manage methodology and process throughout the project




    We’d love it if you:

    • Have a Bachelor’s degree; PMP or similar certification strongly preferred
    • Have three (3) or more years of professional experience in *advertising* project management or program management, working with digital, broadcast, OOH & print deliverables
    • Have demonstrated experience managing Healthcare accounts
    • Have dynamic leadership, management and team building skills
    • Have strong client facing and presentation skills
    • Have a successful track record managing multiple client assignments simultaneously
    • Will bring knowledge of integrated advertising/marketing including print, digital, broadcast, and OOH desired
    • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Basecamp or other contemporary PM software
    • Experience with Healthcare accounts, preferred
